A non-refundable registration fee of £50 and £150 Montessori waiting fee (refundable deposit subject to t&c) is required to support this application form. We will shortly send you payment details by email.

• Fees are payable by the last day of each term for the following term. The Montessori payments are to be made by the date stated in your invoice; the nursery reserves the right to remove your child from the Start Right Montessori Register if Montessori fees are outstanding. • There is a Montessori Method registration fee of £100, which holds the child's place. It is therefore not refundable or deductible.
• A Montessori Method waiting fee deposit of £100 is charged for new applicants to the nursery, payable one term before the child starts nursery. This will be refunded when the child leaves the school (one term notice to be given) or it could be used as part of the last term's school fees or deducted from outstanding fees. If you would like the payment to be refunded as opposed to deducted from fees, please send this request in writing to info@startrightmontessori.co.uk. Notice of withdrawal, any session's cancellation, changes in sessions and increase in sessions (subject to availability/ payment made prior to increase and have no outstanding payments), must be given to the principal a full term in advance in writing, or a term's fees will be charged in lieu thereof (Fees are not subject to adjustment of absences, variations, illness, holidays, COVID-19 absences / Quarantine/ Lockdown measures etc)
• Parents agree to pay towards fee that fall outside of the funding amount towards Montessori method.
• Changes in Sessions: Changes in your child's sessions must be given to the manager a full term in advance in writing (subject to session availability). The nursery reserves the right to cancel enrollment or change sessions based on availability/ pupil intake/ settling in assessment (parents will be notified of any changes).
• Start Right Montessori Nursery reserves the right to terminate registration without cause at any time after your child registers at Start Right Montessori Nursery. 7 days' notice period is given to parents to terminate registration without cause. Payments made: The remainder of the terms fee payment will be calculated and any remainder fee will be refunded to the parent within 7 days of the notice being issued. Any remainder funding payment received will also be calculated and refunded back to Enfield council.
• Children that are absent from the nursery for more than 10 days without notifying the nursery manager in writing stating the reason for the absence and when the child will be returning, will be removed from the Montessori nursery registration. (Fees are not subject to adjustment of absences, variations, illness, Lockdowns/ COVID-19/ holidays etc)
• An initial £20 surcharge applies on the late payment fees and thereafter a 2 ½ % compound interest per month or part of a month, is payable on all overdue fees. All costs incurred in the collection of unpaid fees including our administrative costs and any cost of solicitors acting on our behalf shall be recovered in full. The nursery reserves the right to remove your child immediately without cause from the Start Right Montessori Register if Montessori fees are outstanding.
• All scheduled sessions are subject to availability and are contingent upon maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios in accordance with regulatory standards. In the event of any changes to staff availability or working hours, Start Right Montessori reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, reduce, or terminate the scheduled sessions for your child at any time. Such adjustments may be made without prior notice if necessary to ensure compliance with safety, staffing, or operational requirements.
• Eligible children are entitled to receive Free Educational funding of which, we charge for additional services we provide which exceeds the free entitlement provided. Parents agree to make payment in accordance to nursery fees/invoice. The additional services we provide include the Montessori method. By making an application for your child to attend Start Right Montessori Nursery you agree to the payment of fees when your child is eligible for free government funding. The Start Right Montessori charging policy &/or parental contract details this in the parents policy on display in the lobby and parents shelf unit detailing for parents accessing hours over and above those for the Free Entitlement, a penalty fee is applied where parents are persistently late in picking up their child, even if the child is only accessing the Free Entitlement (because this additional time falls outside of the Free Entitlement agreed hours). Parents and guardians are informed of the Start Right Montessori Nursery policies, regulations and procedures. Additionally, you will find all policies, regulations and procedures on display in the parents unit in the lobby area as well as on further display in the lobby. You will find all the information relating to the setting and upcoming events on the lobby notice board.

A non-refundable registration fee of £50 is required to support this application form. We will send you payment details in our confirmation letter.
